Reflection- packing up

Today I'm not happy with pack up and this is a concern to me because we are in term two and are supposed to be a better team. This leads me to wonder what is not working with our team charter and what we can do to improve this.

Because of this learning I need to act whenever team 14 are not completing their individual/team responsibilities and impose a consequence. I don't like doing this but know that it is (unfortunately) my role to be hard when the team don't manage these aspects of the classroom themselves. I do know that there are many within the team who are doing their responsibilities but there are some who are choosing not to.

The next step in my learning is to not let this stress me out too much and ruin the end of my teaching day. I also want to discuss this issue with everyone and see if there is a better solution than me having to impose a consequence!
