Reflection- quality feedback is happening

Today I learned that Team 14 are improving how they give each other feedback. I noticed this during Family History Story sharing time.

This is an interesting process to watch because at the start of the week I noticed how harsh some of us are on others in the team when providing feedback- which doesn't help the person sharing.

Because of this learning I am able to ensure that the team are more aware of the importance of providing each other with quality feedback that states things in constructive ways rather than just criticising without stating next steps.

The next step in my learning is to start helping the team make the connections between their feedback to each other and the Team 14 Charter.
