Room 14 memory

What I enjoyed whileI was when I was in Team 14 was having Mr Clarke as
a teacher that was cool because at the start of the year technology
and it just happened that I got a teacher that was awesome on the computer
and other techno stuff and now thecnology is just about one of my strenghts
now. So next year I will learn something else but I will always miss Mr Clarke
as a teacher because he was my first teacher that teached me in the middle
school so I will always miss him .

Things i'll miss about fendalton school

I'll miss the friendship and welcoming about fendalton school. It is so kind, l found this out when l came to fendalton. Everybody was kind and welcoming and l was making friends really fast. the teachers were really nice and trying to make me feel welcome. I played with loads of people and soon i really enjoyed every second at school. The kindness i got at fendalton was very strong and Im sure i will not find a school that is this welcoming.

Today I learned that only a couple of people who get down to work write all together
do you know how much lots of pages. We did this at extension writing and our teacher
was amazed.

Because of this learning I can write more independintly and I will try to be in extension writing
next year as well then I will I will get good grades for writing.

The next step in my learning is to try to write two articles in the next fendalton school
newspaper and then I could be a journalist when I'm older and thats what I
want to be.

What does it mean to be respectful?

It means to be kind and caring to others and judging by who they are and not what they look like. It's also about listening to others, listening to others ideas, helping each other out and letting other people join in if they have knowone to play with in there lungh time.

What is the relationship between how respectful I am and the role model I provide?

It means you could be a great role model but you might not be as respectful as you could be sometimes. Or you could be a bit of both. I think I am both most of the time.

Today we did translation art and I learnt if you go over with vivid it stands out well. Also if you add pastal it stands out even better.

Yesterday I turned 10 and I think life is the same as a 10 yr old. If not, even more tiring. I have realised that some cakes taste nice even if it doesnt have chocolate icing. e.g. my birthday cake. I didnt go to the show for show day. i just lay in bed (most of the time)

Today I learned that the sport shed will never be tidy this year because knowone really cares
that it will be hard for you to retrieve the stuff the your costumers want.

Because of this learning I can lnow have more of an effort towards getting the
sport shed tidy.

get a painter to paint it, a exterminator to get the bugs away and a cleaner to clean

Today I learnt that tomorrow we (Maths Olympiad) are going to uni. Walking. I don't want to walk, but oh well. Mum and Dad will go crazy with happiness about this (they've been asking for AGES when we are going). So I guess I have to tell them.

Because of this learning I will not look surprised when Mr Woods turns up and says we are going to uni today.

Today I did not seem to learn anything that really helps my learning but I will put it any way. Today I learnt that to get a nice clean sound on my trumpet I need to tounge the notes by making a 't' sound and keeping my tounge above my teeth. This might not help my learning at school but it will help loads in my trumpet exam. The next step in my learning is to pass my grade three exam and to pass a grade five in year eight.

Today was the last day of gym. It was really fun at the end, because we got to jump into the pit, and crawl to the end. Every year starting from Yr 3 (or something like that) we do gym, and I guess we never jump into the pit at the end or do something EXTRA fun at the end of the sessions. I learnt a lot of cool things. i think I really improved on the bars and the beam, and i guess, everything. I'm looking forward to doing gym next year too!

Today was our last day at gym, I had a burn from the fireworks last night so I got a 4- for the beam which was really annoying.

I think that my water colour art is good except for my reeds because I didn't take my time and I didn't use the right paint brush. I am pleased with my self because my hills looked horrible but Mr Clarke said to try and make one stand out more than the other and I did that so now it looks better. I think my water colour painting looks good, and it is the best I can achieve-for now. I think I tried really hard and that next time I would try to mix the colours more better and use more/less water. It was hard to hold the brush in a different way because I held the brush like I was painting. I found it hard to do fine lines. The size of the line was determined by how I held the brush.What I found easy was how to make a perfect shade by mixing the water colour paints.My colour choices made the picture look like a foggy morning by the sea.I like my picture because it is unique in every way.It has some special effects which I think I did well one of these was the good contrast of colours.My picture may look boring to many but to me it is colourful and full of life.

I reckon my watercolour art went well. I enjoyed learning how to do watercolours and I can't wait to do another one!
I learnt how to blend and make colours come to life.
I really think my overall painting was good but I could do better.
The colours I used to make it were interesting and I am amazed what you can do with watercolours.
Now I know that it's best to draw an outline before you paint.

I think I did really well in my calender art because I had a good varietie of
colour in my Backround and grass and it gave it
a really good effect when it dryed.

I think that I did the best that I could in my water art because it has turned out to be the best calender art I have done. The bits I found hard were mixing the different colours into the island. The thing that was funiest was painting the different colours in the background.

I think my the good things on my water colour art are the sea because it goes from blue to a bluey-green without any sudden changes. The other thing i like about my water colour art is the islands and the colour of them. The parts that i can improve on next is the plants at the bottom of my art. I think that it could of added a bit more black or brown into my purple and my green that I used and i think that i rushed it a bit. Overall i am happy and that i still have things to improve on.

I think my water colour art was really good because of my different levals of light and darkness and my merging of colour. I found it hard to get done because of some of my commitments. something i willchange next time is the depth of colour i use. Over all i really like the end product of my art.

I think my art work over all turned out well but some of my islands were a bit bright green and my purple flaxes did not turn out verry well I like the sky but could do better next time I tried my best and had a lot of fun

I think that parts of my painting aren't the possible best. For example the hills look more like whales than islands. The rest of the picture I like. The flax plants look simular to real ones and I like the colour scheme

I am pleased with my piece of art. The only thing I don't like about it is my purple plant. which next time I would make the purple a little darker becuase right now you can see through it. My favorite part of my piece is my sea becuase it has a really cool blue colour. Overall I like my piece of art.

Today because I didn't do milo cricket (I don't really like cricket), we went in the hall and did some volleyball skills and that sort of thing. It was quite fun :). I guess I have improved quite a lot at volleyball just this afternoon.
